💞 TALK TO THEM 💞

Talking to your loved ones who have passed away does not make you kooky or crazy.

*I've had several people actual tell me that.🙄

I find that it brings peace into my life. I spent years crying on my dad's birthday for years after he passed. I stayed in the bed all day refusing to feel anything other than sad with a dash of pity. I had to take that time to lean into my grief but I couldn't stay there. It wasn't fixing anything so I made the decision to get up and find ways to start the healing process. 

This is one of the ways I have found that really helps me on birthdays, holidays and special occasions. Talk to them. Tell them what you have accomplished. What you wish they could see and know about your life. You may find that you feel incredibly better. Just a thought.🤔
