TRUE STORY ⬇️

Tuesday January 15th, 2019 my brother Jeremy was tragically taken from us. It was completely unexpected. There were three people in my brother's home at the time this occurred. My brother, one male and one female. The male we'll call him J and the female we'll call her E. 

My brother initially met J online just a few years before 2019. They had similar interest in music and both followed a specific band and that is where the communication started. J came into town and needed a place to stay until he was ready to go to his next destination.  During his visit he invited E to my brothers house so she came from Louisiana to Tennessee. 

I talked to Jeremy, for the last time, Monday January 13th, 2019 at 6:18pm. He told me that both J an E were leaving the next day, Monday. Unfortunately they didn't leave. I received a phone call early morning on that Tuesday January 15th from my youngest brother. It was the hardest moment of my life. I can still hear him saying the words it's Jeremy. Jeremy is gone. 

I decided to start talking about this now because I haven't been ready to open up about it. Lately it's been on my heart maybe it's because 1/15 is fastly approaching or maybe it's because I'm finally at a place in my grief journey where I'm able to talk about it without collapsing. It has changed everything and I mean everything.
