It's the replaying of every single thing I said or did or didn't do or didn't say. It's an emotional rollercoaster and I still have times where I let myself get caught up in that cycle. All of the thoughts that go racing through my mind. Was I happy enough? Was I too happy? Did I say the wrong thing at the wrong time? What about my facial expressions? Someone is mad at me. I just know someone's mad at me. I'm so embarrassed. Did I stay long enough? Why did I even go? Why am I like this? Why am I like this?!?!
