I HAVEN'T DRANK COFFEE IN OVER A YEAR.👀

Yup you read that right. The truth is I no longer need to drink coffee like I used to because I switched up my vitamins and they give me all the energy I need for the whole day. 
However, I do occasionally miss the taste of a warm beverage especially in the "BER" months. So when @ryzesuperfoods sent me their mushroom coffee to try I really liked that one cup only has half the caffeine of regular a cup of coffee. It is rigorously lab tested, 100% vegan, with 2000MG of mushrooms. Cordyceps, lion's mane, reishi, shiitake, turkey tail and King trumpet. The benefits all align well with my journey to a healthier lifestyle.
