Today I am feeling all kinds of emotions. I have cried happy tears, laughed at my old self who didn't think I had it in me, screamed with excitement and jumped for joy! 

These last 60 days I've been very consistent when it comes to taking my 3 steps, drinking water, low intensity workouts and increased intentional steps.

And GUESS WHAT?!

I CAN NOTICE SO MANY CHANGES!!

For example: I purchased a pair of shorts 5 months ago and I could not even get them over my 
bee hind. 😉 Today I tried them on and they slid right on. I even have a little room to breathe. I can also fit my hands into my pockets without being uncomfortable. Y'all know what I'm talking about! 😆

So I am proudly flexing today for
