I'VE GOT THAT EXTRA EXTRA LARGE ENERGY Y'ALL!⚡⚡

I got out of the shower and when I picked up my phone I received a notification for this comment. At first I was like dang that's rude. Then I started thinking about it. That comment had nothing to do with me and everything to do with the person who left it.

Learning how to not take things personally was a goal I set for myself back in 2017. It's still a work in progress because these things take time. Today I was able to experience that growth by taking the time to take a step back and really process why someone would leave a comment like that. Do I know this person?  Have I ever even connected with this person?  Even if I had would it make any difference? It's all about learning how to take the time to process things before letting it affect you. 

Today I'm thankful for self growth. 💞
