Grief has a tricky way of sneaking up on you. Any recent grief that you experience can bring up any old grief that you thought you had worked through. Do not hold this in. Talk to someone about your experiences, your emotions and what you're going through. You do not have to go through it alone. I know it feels that way but it does get better when you talk about it. It is a healing process which means it will take time and it will be difficult but you will be a better person for it. You will FEEL BETTER and helping people FEEL BETTER is kind of my thing.😉
