I'm constantly reminding myself everyday that it is okay to grieve especially when it's someone so close to you. I have lost my dad, my brother and now my best friend. She passed away from a heart related condition which she never was diagnosed with. She had several doctors who she saw monthly and there was no warning. Take care of yourself and never take one minute for granted with the people that you love.💔
