There's something about being in nature that resets my mind. If I am feeling anxious, depressed, feeling triggered or having cravings for a drink. Yes, I still have cravings after 9 years of sobriety. I can go for a walk in the woods, kayak down the river or plan a weekend camping trip. It brings me back to reality, reminds me of what's important and helps me to focus on the positive things in my life. 🌳💚🍃🌿
