In the past year or so, I’ve been falling in love with yoga. As a dancer, its principals run parallel to my strengths while challenging my weaknesses. I love how the practice welcomes failure and encourages constant growth.  Speaking of challenges, today’s class at @Black Swan Yoga 🦢 presented a new flow I haven’t done yet. I didn’t get it in class so I took it home to try again. It’s a work in progress… #blackswanyoga #yoga #powerflow
