So... you have this big dream, but deep down you’re incredibly afraid to actually take that step.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to find out if it’s the right decision:

Best case: What happens if everything goes according to plan?

Worst case: What’s the outcome if everything falls apart?

Can you handle the worst case?

If yes, what’s holding you back? Go for it! 🙌🏼

If not, ask yourself: 

What steps can you take to prepare for that scenario? Set this as your immediate goal. 

Concentrate solely on that, and commit to achieving it within a set timeframe, say three months.

It’s the only thing standing between you and your goal!

Now, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Picture yourself a year from now, having taken that leap:

✨ How has this choice transformed your life?

✨ What differences do you see?

✨ Are you happy with the decision you made?

✨ Visualize yourself in a mirror. What do you see?

✨ Assess your body language. Do you seem genuinely happy?

Next, envision the alternative. Imagine you opted against the leap and continued on your current path.

Which of these futures aligns more with your long-term vision?

I love doing this exercise whenever I need to make big decisions, as it allows my subconscious to SHOW me the right decision.
