YES, I FAILED! 📣

and I am incredibly proud of it. Because it was the biggest learning curve I’ve ever had in my entire life 📈

But I didn’t just fail with a startup

I was even on TV with it (on shark tank) a few days before closing it down 🤯

so yeah.. that was tough

and when I tell you it hurt.. that’s not even close to what I felt at the time.…

Having to throw away thousands of products that I had spent months developing and refining

felt like the worst failure in my life.. but it turned out to actually be a goldmine 💰

So here’s what happened: 

In 2020 my husband and I thought it was a great idea to start a vegan food brand

the market was booming and investors were funding startups with millions of dollars

My husband and I had been vegan for 3 years at that point and thought we knew the market pretty well.

(❌ here’s strike number one already! Being a consumer doesn’t automatically make you a market expert)

We tested our products with friends and family 

(❌ which is strike number 2, NOT a representative group of testers)

and carefully developed our products together with a food manufacturing company

But once we launched them, all we heard was crickets..! 🤯

Although people told us before that they loved our products, no one actually bought them

It was a nightmare.. 

But it made me analyze the entire process of crafting a business idea, creating brands and products and launching them in such a new way 

that I realized a pattern that all the successful brands are actually using without telling you. 📈

When I applied that strategy to our next business a few months later, we got 400 signups in 2 days for a product that didn’t even exist yet!! 🔥

It was mind blowing.. 🙏

This new SKILL now allows me to create businesses KNOWING that they’re going to be a stable source of income 🚀
