411 on the 412- I went out of my comfort zone and tried a yoga summit for the first time yesterday at elevateyogasummit in Pittsburgh. Thank goodness I had jordandwayne with me for moral support! I usually don’t post exercise content because it’s out of my wheelhouse but this felt more like a refreshing reset day that made me want to continue to add rituals throughout the week that make me feel as good as I felt when I left. I’m so happy that Pittsburgh offers something like this, and I’m so grateful for the invitation. I hope they do this again next year. #pittsburgh #412 #yoga #invited #wellness also shout out to the awesome vendors soulfuelbakes degreewellness embodywellnesscompany erikaxhare bymagdaatelier
