One of the most important parts of FTM's morning Standup meeting has absolutely nothing to do with work.

It's our Question of the Day.

Anyone can bring one. Sometimes they're thoughtful. Sometimes they're existential. And sometimes we're forced to determine whether we're a Wet Dog, Dry Dog, Wet Cat or Dry Cat with absolutely no additional context.

Some recent favorites:

🥔 What is your favorite potato?

🧘 What mantra do you live by?

🤥 When is the last time you lied, publicly or privately, that you still think about all the time?

And, obviously:
🐶😸 Wet Dog, Dry Dog, Wet Cat or Dry Cat?

We have learned a DISTURBING amount about our coworkers this way.

So in the spirit of Friday's Standup: What are you? And what question should we ask our team next?
