Heading back to Ann Arbor this week for the 15th Michigan Sport Business Conference!

MSBC has been one of my true passion projects since my freshman year at the University of Michigan, and reaching this milestone is pretty special.

For 15 years, some of the biggest names and brightest minds in sports have descended on Ann Arbor to share ideas, challenge perspectives, and inspire the next generation of industry leaders. What started as a student-driven idea thanks to Dustin Cairo and Brandon Rhodes has grown into something much bigger, all while staying true to its roots.

One of the most rewarding parts has been watching hundreds of students take the reins, bring fresh energy and ideas, make new connections, gain confidence in their skills, and continue to raise the bar year after year.

A special shoutout to the founding team - Joey Fox Jeremy Ross Michael Freedman Josh Kadden, just to name a few, who had the vision to get this off the ground and who continue to be great friends today.

We wouldn't have hit this milestone without our incredible board members - Stephen Master Ira Stahlberger Seth Ader Jessica Kleiman Daniel Schachne Hayes Grooms IV Jennifer Duberstein Kate Johnson Jason Krochak Lindsay Ulrey Michael Melnitzky - the time they give is truly amazing and they care deeply about the true "why" of MSBC.

To countless advisors, friends, school administrators and Michigan grads within the sports + entertainment world, thank you for all the time you've given the student team over the years.

And last but literally the most important group, to ALL the student leaders who have helped shape MSBC over the past 15 years - it literally would be NOTHING without you. We owe you all a great deal of gratitude for keeping the legacy rolling and continuing to raise the bar each and every year.

Incredibly proud of what this community has built and grateful to everyone who has played a part along the way.

Here's to 15 years of MSBC and many more to come. See you in Ann Arbor!
