leanfeastmeridian Has been my Go To for keeping my diet in check during competition prep as I work to get down to 5% body fat for the Idaho Cup. Doing a physique competition is a bucket list item for me and surrounding myself with the right people and nutrition has been essential for keeping me on track to hit my goals. train_with_trev at uplifted_gym has worked with me diligently to grow and now cut my weight. themeccagym is where I go in the mornings before work. gabriellegendron_coaching is helping me with nutrition, accountability, and motivation, and I started working with corey_lindner to perfect my posing. 

Without a doubt I wouldn’t be able to get where I am without the right food so a special thanks to leanfeastmeridian today for fueling my pursuit.
