Raise your hand 🙋‍♂️ if you use home red light therapy! 

I’m not yet totally convinced if the benefits but I’ve been trying it in my routine more frequently. This mask was gifted to me by @drdennisgross 

Currently, my position is that if you have a great skin care routine which you are consistent with that includes sunscreen and you have the extra money to spend on a red light device go ahead and do it.

The benefits may not be striking, but it’s not likely to be harmful in anyway. Because the devices can be expensive I don’t recommend doing it if you don’t have the extra money to spend and you’re not currently doing the things that we know are the most high-yield in caring for your skin.
