👉🏾1/2 tsp to face & neck, about a 
👉🏾shot glass size 👉🏾applied liberally to body

Remember, everyone needs sun protection regardless of race and ethnicity to prevent from:

⚠️ On average, a person’s risk for melanoma doubles if they have had more than five sunburns.
