A beautiful soul in her early 50s was referred to me by my esteemed colleague. She had a prior history of a facelift that left her with unwanted scars and had permanent fillers placed around her mouth, temples, and cheeks (I’ll share more about this in an upcoming video). She was also concerned about the size of her chin and wished for a softer, more feminine facial structure.

Here’s the plan we crafted together:
	1.	Removing the permanent fillers: We’ll carefully remove these, both endoscopically and from the corners of her face, to restore natural contours.
	2.	Extended deep plane facelift: This will allow us to revector her face and revise her scars with a “no tension” technique, ensuring the scars heal beautifully and without complications.
	3.	Brow lift with endoscopic brow bone shaping: To open up her gaze and give her a more youthful and refreshed appearance.
	4.	Chin reduction and shaping: To achieve a more balanced, feminine lower face and address her long-standing concerns.

This is undoubtedly a complex case, but challenges like these are where my passion lies. As plastic surgeons, we are not just “lifters.” Our expertise allows us to refine facial structures down to the bone and carefully re-drape and revector soft tissues. It’s about creating harmony, balance, and a natural outcome that respects each patient’s unique anatomy and beauty.
