Hello to the new 64 of my incredible patient Olga. Her aging concerns were hiding a truly striking bone structure. Together, we crafted a personalized plan focused on restoring her natural beauty.

	•	A forehead lift with upper blepharoplasty to open up her eyes.
	•	A lower blepharoplasty to smooth the lower lid-cheek junction.
	•	A lip lift with corner enhancement to balance the lower lip.
	•	An extended deep plane facelift with deep neck sculpting, including partial submandibular gland removal.
	•	Full facial structural fat grafting with nanofat and stromal vascular fraction to enhance contours and improve skin quality.

For me, full facial balance is everything in rejuvenation. Plastic surgeons are not just lifters. We are carefully trying to solve problems. While the deep plane facelift anchors the process, a lasting, natural result depends on this comprehensive approach.

It’s been a privilege to support her confidence as such a glamorous woman. Couldn’t be happier about her results 🙌🏽

I wish her the very best with her new look and new life.
