Acne scarring and certain treatments can sometimes result in a loss of the skin’s elasticity, which contributes to premature aging in her “early 30’s” 

To truly address acne scarring, it’s not just about lifting the face but about restoring the skin’s overall quality. This ensures not only a more beautiful result but also a more durable one for my patients. In these cases, I turn to three key pillars of facial rejuvenation and rebalancing:

	•	Deep plane facelift and neck lift
	•	Brow lift
	•	Fat grafting

Stromal vascular fraction was harvested from the fat, stem and progenitor cell rich part of the fat was used to treat the fibrosis and acne scarring. Only one treatment session at the same time with her deep plane facelift.
