Attending the most respected facial anatomy course for the second time, originally founded by @drmendelsonmelbourne Dr. Bryan Mendelson @mafac.mendelson and now directed by the dedicated @drbaselsharaf Dr. Basel Sharaf, was a truly meaningful experience. It’s not just about learning the latest techniques in facelift surgery, it’s about being with people who share the same passion for achieving the best outcomes while keeping patient safety at the forefront.

Seeing Dr. Freschi @drfreschi again during the dissections was a highlight, and the sense of community with the mentors and colleagues made it all the more special. I always find it valuable to go back to the basics, learn from the experts, and share ideas in such a supportive environment.

I’d also like to express my gratitude to Dr. Lennert Minelli @dr.lennert.minelli for his incredible dedication in taking the time to thoroughly understand and explain every aspect of facial anatomy. His passion for the subject is truly inspiring. It’s a fortunate time to be a plastic surgeon, surrounded by such knowledgeable and committed professionals. Special thanks to all MAFAC Faculty for taking their time to be with us. @dr.nina.schwaiger @drjairmaciel @dr_hambarchian @drjoselasen @omarhussainmd @draruthgraf and many more…

With 11 participants from Turkey, including friends and lecturers, the experience felt more like a reunion of like-minded people. I’m already excited for my next course, where I know the learning and connection will only continue to grow.

I’d also like to extend a special thanks to Andrew Berger and QMP @qualitymedicalpublishinginc for organizing this incredible course. Their hard work made the whole experience truly enriching, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of such a well-run project.
