## Caption

My lovely patient’s upward gaze presents the powerful results of this lower blepharoplasty with fat preservation.

When we look upwards, our lower lid fat bags tend to bulge out, which is why I prefer to capture photos from this angle to evaluate the effectiveness of my surgery. I am grateful for my beautiful patient’s 4-month progress and her great photography skills that allow me to track her improvement.
She entrusted me to decide what would best suit her beauty goals, and she received exactly what she needed.

I will soon share her story and the outcomes of her other surgical procedures.

Can you guess any of the additional treatments?.
