My patient, a spirited 30-year-old, faced the premature signs of aging, a much expected turn in her impressive massive weight loss journey.

Her concerns? Tired eyes, heavy brows, and those notorious lower eyelid bags, coupled with cheeks that seemed to have lost its zest. She also requested to refine her nose but protect its characteristics.

But with no skin excess, we ditched the traditional route for something sleeker – an endoscopic technique that leaves no trace, no scars near the ears.

Call it what you will – an endoscopic midfacelift, temple lift, temporal lift, the trendy ‘cat eyes’ look, or an endoscopic deep plane/subperiosteal facelift – it’s all about a profound, yet understated transformation.

Her rhinoplasty was done with closed approach, to lower her dorsum and to refine her tip.

A dramatic boost in confidence for many young patients, just like her.

Proud to have been a part of this courageous lady’s self improvement story, and even prouder to share her incredible 10-month post-surgery results.
