6-Week Milestone of Gentleman’s Revision Deep Plane Facelift 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Six weeks have passed since our 74-year-old Texan 🇺🇸 patient, a proud bodybuilder, decided to further refine his look with a deep plane facelift. Revision cases are tricky, especially when the patient is male. Extended #deepplanefacelift is my preferred technique for these type of challenging cases. But today, I’m excited to update you on his incredible progress from day 12 to now.

His prior facelift surgery could not give him the sharp features he desired. Our journey focused on enhancing his masculine features - the results speak for themselves. The youthful neck triangles and a jawline sharp as a knife not only complement his robust physique but also mirror his vitality.

Pay special attention to the third photo, where he flexes his neck. Here, the quality and effectiveness of the surgery shine through – the neck laxity is significantly reduced, highlighting the skillful work done.

I’m deeply grateful to this wonderful man for allowing us to share his story. His journey shows the power of quality plastic surgery to align one’s outer appearance with their inner vitality.

At the 6-week mark, we see not just healing, but a reinvigorated spirit. It’s a joy to see his satisfaction and confidence at this stage of recovery.
