Zorlu bir ortognatik ameliyatın başarılı sonuçlarını paylaşmaktan büyük mutluluk duyuyorum. Hastamız dr.zeyneptuncer ile kapsamlı ortodontik tedavi sonrası, karmaşık bir cerrahi işlem için titizlikle hazırlandı. 

Yüz asimetrisini düzeltmek için çok parçalı Le Fort 1 ve sagittal split osteotomi uyguladık. Ana hedefler, ağız kapanışını iyileştirmek ve yeme ile konuşma fonksiyonlarını geliştirmekti. Başarılı sonuç, fonksiyonel zorlukları çözmenin yanı sıra yüz estetiğini önemli ölçüde iyileştirdi.

Bu vaka, cerrahi pratiğinde işlev ve formun nasıl iç içe geçtiğini mükemmel bir şekilde gösteriyor. 

Kendi deneyimlerinden ilham alarak doktor olmaya  karar vermesi dr.zeyneptuncer ile beni çok mutlu etti.

Bu önemli yaşam evresine katkıda bulunmuş olmaktan onur duyuyor ve tıp alanındaki geleceğini görmek için heyecanlanıyorum.

I am delighted to share the successful outcome of a challenging orthognatic surgery. Our patient, following an extensive orthodontic treatment with Dr. Zeynep Tunçer, was meticulously prepared for a complex surgical procedure.

We performed a multi-piece Le Fort 1 and sagittal split osteotomy to address facial asymmetry. The primary goals were to improve mouth closure, and enhance eating and speech functions. The successful outcome not only resolved functional challenges but also significantly improved facial aesthetics.

This case exemplifies the profound intersection of function and form in surgical practice. Witnessing the patient’s improved quality of life post-surgery has been exceptionally rewarding. Her determination to pursue a career in medicine, inspired by her own experiences, is commendable.

I am honored to have contributed to this significant phase of her life, and I am excited to see her future unfold in the medical field.
