Highlighting the transformative results from an extended deep plane facelift aimed at addressing prominent jowling and neck laxity. Captured on the 12th day post-procedure, this distinguished 74-year-old gentleman hails from Texas, USA 🇺🇸. Having previously undergone a SMAS plication surgery, he approached me with a desire to refine his jowls and neck laxity further. The extended deep plane technique proves especially effective for revisions of prior SMAS plications, given its engagement with the sub-SMAS plane—previously untouched. The outcome? A strikingly defined jawline and a rejuvenated, rested facial appearance. I would not mind the swelling and bruising because everybody gets to the same place in 4-6 weeks. My heartfelt gratitude to this handsome patient for bravely sharing his transformative journey with us.
