Eyüp Bey alt dudağında iyileşmeyen yara şikayeti ile başvurdu. Squamöz hücreli kanser tanısı konulduktan sonra canerinan Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi KBB ekibi ile birlikte dudaktaki tümör ve boyun lenf nodlarına yönelik cerrahiyi gerçekleştirdiler. Ben ve değerli arkadaşlarım drsinanmuratboz burakozkan_____ ile sahpazov plastik cerrahi ekibi olarak bacak iç tarafından alınan “Gracillis kas flebi” ile alt dudak rekonstrüksiyonu gerçekleştirdik. Kas dokusu dudak kaslarını taklit etmek üzere boyun damarlarına mikrocerrahi tekniklerle bağlandı. Hastamız radyoterapi ve kemoterapi gördü. 

Plastik cerrahi kişilerin form ve fonksiyonunu geri kazanmasını amaçlamaktadır. Özellikle diğer cerrahi branşlarla interaktif olarak bu görevimi yerine getirmemi sağlayan tüm cerrahi branşlara ve bu becerileri edinmemi sağlayan Marmara Üniversitesi Plastik Cerrahi Kliniği’ndeki çalışma arkadaşlarım ve değerli hocalarıma çok şey borçluyum.

Our patient applied with the complaint of a non-healing wound on his lower lip. After the diagnosis of squamous cell cancer, canerinan and Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital ENT team performed the surgery for the tumor on the lip and lymph nodes in the neck. Me and my dear friends drsinanmuratboz burakozkan_____ and sahpazov plastic surgery team performed lower lip reconstruction with “Gracillis muscle flap” taken from the inner leg. The muscle tissue was connected to the neck vessels by microsurgical techniques with the goal of mimicking the lip muscles. Our patient received radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

Plastic surgery aims to restore the form and function of unlucky patients. I owe a lot to my colleagues and valuable professors at marmaraplastikcerrahi , who helped me to fulfill this task, especially in an interactive manner with other surgical specialties, as well as to acquire the necessary surgical skills.
