56 yaşındaki hastamız yüzündeki sarkma, boyun bölgesindeki dolgunluk ve gözlerindeki yorgun ifadeden şikayetçi olarak başvurdu. Gözlerindeki yorgun ifadenin göz cildindeki fazlalıkların yanı sıra göz kapağı düşüklüğü yani #ptozis  nedeniyle olduğu görülüyor. Kendisine alt ve üst #gözkapağıestetiği ile birlikte #ptoziscerrahisi, #yüzgerme, #boyungerme ve #kaşkaldırma uygulandı. 

5. ay sonucu. Henüz iyileşme devam etse de hastamız artık daha iyi çalışan göz kapakları ile birlikte daha genç bakışlara sahip oldu. Yüzündeki #nazolabialcizgiler bir miktar silikleşti ve boyun konturu belirginleşti. 

Son iki paylaşımda ise 30-40 yaşlarındaki fotoğraflarını görüyoruz. Eski fotoğraflarda da #gözkapağıdüşüklüğü dikkat çekici. #yüzgençleştirme cerrahisinde genellikle  kombine işlemlerle bütüncül bir gençleşmeyi amaçlıyoruz.

Our 56-year-old patient presented with complaints of sagging of her face, fullness in the neck area and tired expression in her eyes. It is seen that the tired expression i is due to the excess of the eye skin, as well as the droopy eyelid, i.e.  #ptosis. She underwent #ptosiscorrectionsurgery , #facelift, #necklift and #browlift along with lower and upper #blepharoplasty.

5th month result 🙌🏾. Even though her face is still healing, our patient now has a more youthful look with better functioning eyelids.  The #nasolabial lines on her face faded a little and the neck contour became clear.

In the last two posts, we see photos of her 30-40 years old.  The #ptosis is quite noticable in the old photos too. In #facialrejuvenation surgery, we usually aim for a holistic rejuvenation with combined procedures.
