## Caption

#Septorhinoplasty, #FatInjection to the cheeks, and bone graft application to the premaxillary area for #profiloplasty and #facialaesthetics at 7 months post-op. The angle between the lips and nose was increased. The fat injections in the cheeks alleviated the tired appearance. In some cases, patients who think they have a nasal structure issue can achieve a more balanced and #aesthetic appearance with interventions targeting midface and cheek deficiencies.
