## Caption

Early images of a patient with a drooping nasal tip, dorsal hump, and axis deviation (crooked nose) corrected using preservation and structural rhinoplasty techniques. The goal was to achieve a balanced and natural appearance according to the patient's wishes. Many thanks to our lovely patient for allowing us to share these results 🙏🏽
