The perfect example of how you can use humor to talk about climate change! 😂

Shoutout to Inside the Greenhouse @everydayclimate’s Dr. Beth Osnes and Ben Stasny who shared this clip from @climate_adam at our Deep Dive Series webinar back in October (check out the recording of their workshop via the link in our bio!) 🙌

We hope this gives y’all some major inspo for the 2022 Ocean Awareness Contest: The Funny Thing About Climate Change.

Our 2022 Contest challenges middle and high school students ages 11-18 from around 🌍 the 🌏 world 🌎 to learn about climate change and its impact on the ocean, and to explore new ways to communicate the urgency of the climate crisis through visual art, poetry & spoken word, creative writing, film, performing arts, and interactive & multimedia 📣 🌊

We’re looking for innovative pieces that challenge our expectations for what climate change messaging should look like. How can you talk about climate change in a fresh way? How can you capture attention without sacrificing your message? 🤔

The Contest is 🆓 to enter, hundreds of cash prizes of up to $1,500 each will be awarded 💰, and you have from now until June 13th, 2022 to submit!

Visit the first 🔗 in our bio to get started.
