President joebiden, the cards are in your hands now. Rejoining the Paris Agreement 👍 revoking the permit for the Keystone XL oil pipeline 👍 and pausing gas leasing in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge 👍 are a great start, but we need you to prioritize #climatejustice throughout your presidency. There's still so much work to be done, and the time to #actonclimate is now!

Distinguished Honorable Mention Award winner from our 2020 Ocean Awareness Contest Michelle Zhan (18, Massachusetts) wrote this ✍️ "For years, we’ve been destroying the stability of our planet through pollution, trawling, industrialization of agriculture, overfishing, seismic bombs, overuse of fossil fuels, habitat destruction, etc. Yet fragile hope still exists. Laudably, this hope is led by the youth (much like the individuals within my drawings)."

To our 🌎 community of young artists: The struggle continues ✊ Your stories matter, your voices matter, and you (yes you!) have the power to affect change. One way you can make your voice heard is by joining our community of youth ARTivists and participating in our 2021 Ocean Awareness Contest: WATER RISING!
