At 642 pounds, Latonya has spent 5 years struggling to commit to a weight loss program, but now she's determined to make a change! From losing her mother at a young age to her father leaving, Latonya's tough upbringing has caused her to develop negative coping mechanisms like over-eating. At her first meeting with Dr. Now, Latonya seemed motivated to make a change. However, despite her best efforts, Latonya's battle with unhealthy eating habits persists. If she doesn't start taking her weight loss seriously, she may face serious health consequences.
