75 years full of emotion. Porsche Design is paying tribute to this important anniversary by introducing the Chronograph 1 – 75 Years Porsche Edition, a special limited-edition timepiece, of which just 475 examples will be made. Challenging the status quo and pursuing bold dreams has been part of the Porsche story since day one. It’s no surprise, then, that when Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche launched Porsche Design, his first product was the Chronograph I – a timepiece that revolutionized the watch world in 1972. Like the Porsche 911, which was also his brainchild, the Chronograph I embodied the perfect balance of design excellence and technical ingenuity.
