Today's #alumnispotlight is on Andrew Verdi! A member of the #classof2016, Andrew has redefined success at every level. Andrew graduated from uofmichigan with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Banking, earning a 3.8 GPA in the process. He is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at michiganross. Andrew will also be the first #yscacademy graduate to move to Wall Street, having recently landed a position at goldmansachs with their TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecoms) investment banking team.

Andrew’s impressive accomplishments aren’t just saved for business, however. He had a remarkable career with umichsoccer that ended with his being named bigten Goalkeeper of the Year and an All-Big Ten First Team selection. Andrew was also drafted in the MLS Superdraft by #dcunited, eventually turning down a contract in order to pursue his master’s degree. His career with phlunion_academy was preceded by time spent with both fcdelco and crusa_fcb. Andrew was also a member of the usmnt U18 squad while in high school.

It is clear that while Andrew has accomplished much, the best is yet to come. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for this exceptional #classof2016 graduate. Congrats, Andrew!
