This edition of the Florida Flambeau features an interview with Rosa Parks while she was visiting Florida State University in 1990. Many stories in the paper, including Parks' interview, highlight conversations about racial inequality and injustice that are still ongoing in 2021.

FSU Libraries honor the work of Martin Luther King, Jr., Parks, and other civil rights activists today and every day through highlighting diverse collections and voices. Read the Jan. 12, 1990 edition at http://bit.ly/FFJan1990
