🎨 🚗 BMW Art Cars: 11 of 19 - A.R. Penck, 1991.

Before starting on the BMW Z1, Ralf Winkler (pseudonym A.R. Penck) already viewed the car as a work of art because it is a three-dimensional expression of the engineers' and designers' creativity. He was intrigued by the nature of creating art on an already-existing object.

After being inspired by prehistoric cave paintings early in his artistic career, Penck developed his own pictorial vocabulary (so-called the "standard") which he used to cover the car. These individual signs can be reconfigured in new combinations and can cover anything from a canvas to an industrial object.

Looking at the symbols, what could the eye represent?
