## Caption

I still remember back when I had ZERO confidence. I wore the biggest clothes to hide how much weight I had gained. I've only been working out for a few months and I'm definitely seeing results. Most importantly I got my SMILE and my CONFIDENCE back. I'm moving forward and don't plan on ever looking back once I get to my goal weight of being 165. #fyp #roadto1k #foryoupage #weightlosscheck #getmeto1k #weightlosstransformation #motivation #powerlifting #gymtok #gym #explore #follow #confidence #showlove #strongwomen
