Hey All, My name is Bianca Brengman and I am so thrilled to be the new 𝓎𝑜𝑔𝒶 𝒾𝓃𝓈𝓉𝓇𝓊𝒸𝓉𝑜𝓇 at BFF! 🧘‍♀️ I will be teaching 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲’𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝟗:𝟑𝟎𝐚𝐦 & 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲’𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝟔:𝟏𝟓𝐩𝐦 starting September 12! 🫶🏼✨

I am 30 years old, born and raised in Michigan and I love helping others! I have a background in dance and graduated in 2016 with my BFA from Oakland University. I am a certified yoga instructor through Yoga International, and have my YTT 200 hours as well as certifications in Meditation & Breath Work. I was on the Inaugural Detroit Lions Cheerleading team which was an amazing experience and helped me grow as a performer. My drive for movement is something that has always been a part of me! I also have my own bridal jean jacket & custom jean jacket company called Scarlet Mood Studio as well as run and operate a social media management company of my own. I have a wonderful fiancé, a large & loving Italian & German family and enjoy the simple things in life 🤍 I am humbled and honored to create movement with you all and can't wait to see you in our classes! 🤩

Classes are LIVE on our website! Book now! 🧡✨
