Working on more wine snack ideas for amalurra.cellar.  Been inspired having just been back home in Spain and remembering the importance of tradition and quality.  Crispy sourdough with the best Spanish ham de Bellota, tomato, lightly smoked and cured sardines brushed with fermented black garlic vinegar reduction.  Perfect with a chilled glass of Spanish red wine. #inspiration
