A rainy boat cruise at Whitsundays earlier this year. A storm had just settled and the ocean was quiet but the wind was whimsical. There was a sense of calm and a confirmation of how small we really are compared to this vast ocean and planet. I remember feeling open and vulnerable. I felt a change and shift coming on. A deep one filled with sadness and pain but I wasn’t afraid. In that exact moment I felt reassured, taken care of and that everything would be just fine. I knew something was going to change drastically within me and around me. This has been one of the toughest 20 months of our lives. For me personally I feel that shifts of this size are necessary to give us clarity on what we have and what we need rather than what we want. I remember the moment after this photo in which I felt overwhelmed with beauty and tears rolled down my face. I was in awe of the view and what it had to show me. It reminded me to be thankful. Challenges will happen throughout our lives. Things will move and morph and we will have to adapt. Adaption is a profound process, It means we figure out how to thrive in in the world. Everything we are going through will pass. Be thankful for what you have and focus on who you want to become. #staypositive #stayfree #thiswillpass #supportyourselfandothers ## Stats - **Views:** 0 - **Likes:** 146 - **Shares:** 0 - **Comments:** 10 ## Credits No public credits are recorded here.
