Beautifully articulate are the dishes loreamx.  My wonderful friend oswaldo.oliva.rico expresses the incredible evolution that Mexico has gone through with its cuisine while still upholding its traditions.  Such as this dish of Huitlacoche. The fungus that grows on the maize corn referred by some as the black truffle of Mexico.  This was one of the most tastiest dishes I’ve ever had.  #supportlocal #saverestaurants #keepdining
