Mike’s Underground Pizza! Have you heard of Mike’s? Have you sent a text to unlock the secret? Have you met one of their black tie clad team members in a classified spot to pick up your order? If not, you’re missing out - big time!!! Mike’s Underground Pizza exploded in the last few years. This ghost kitchen has become the hottest ticket on Long Island and after trying a slice you can absolutely see why. Our first experience with them was in May 2020 when - for my birthday - (after eating only home cooked meals for 3 months) I dreamed of the perfect Italian feast. Their Vodka Sicilian pie made me cry. It was so good. It was perfection. I’m not joking. Their chicken parm - incredible (we ordered one for reserve that went right into the freezer), and their penne vodka - molto bene! Since that moment @mikes.underground.pizza.LI has been our special go to meal. We were so excited to introduce our friends to it recently at our Sunday Night @PaddlePubLongIsland Pizza Party! The pies are such works of art and each needed it’s own glamour shot. We had the Mike’s Neapolitan New York Style Pizza, Pepperoni, Truffle Mushroom Funghi, Ricotta, Spinach & Artichoke, Detroit Fondue,Vodka Sicilian and Detroit Sicilian. Plus, they are the perfect portable cuisine for any summer (or winter, or spring, or fall) get together. If you’re ready for the sensation, text Mike at 516-589-2523 to join the secret club! The whole experience is great, not just the food. 📍If you also cry from good pizza follow @themintchipmama 🍕🍕🍕 . . . . #mikesundergroundpizza #mikesundergoundpizzali #mikespizza #nypizza #pizza #pizzalover #longisland #neapolitan #neapolitanpizza #newyorkstylepizza #pepperonipizza #trufflemushroompizza #funghipizza #ricottapizza #spinachartichokepizza #detroitstylepizza #vodkasicilian #detroitpizza #newyork #longislandfoodie #foodiegram #amityville #huntingtrip #melville #dixhills #syosset #woodbury #plainview #hicksville #babylon
