Happy Pesach! My favorite meal all week? MATZAH PIZZA! I love doing all kinds of fun toppings including my favorite of all - @acmesmokedfish lox! Not only is it delicious but it reminds me of my first time having lox on pizza - while studying abroad in Seville, Spain at San Marco Santa Cruz - which is an Italian restaurant in an ancient Jewish mikvah! Thank you @jews_of_ny and @UJA-Federation New York for challenging me to take part in the #MatzahChallenge I’m nominating @Keri ✌🏼💕 to post their favorite matzah creations too! This year, it's all about showing your Jewish pride and standing up to anti-Jewish hatred. Showing off a matzah creation will be a way to showcase our Jewish pride and raise awareness of anti-Jewish hate on social media. For every post shared during this 2024 Passover (April 22nd – April 30th), $18 will be donated to UJA from a generous donor. The more posts we all create, the more funds we can raise towards this pivotal cause. The money raised will help UJA with funding many Jewish organizations in New York, Israel, and the world, and you can have an active part in supporting their amazing work! The rules are very simple: All you need to do is post a Matzah-related image or video on your Instagram and/or TikTok feed while including the designated hashtag: #MatzahChallenge in your caption. *To qualify as a donation, the post must be on your actual feed. Story posts DO NOT qualify as a donation because they can’t be counted. At the end of the campaign on April 30th, the total number of posts created will be counted to reveal the total amount of funds donated. I’m wishing you all a happy Passover with this illustrious matzah pizza display. I can’t wait to see yours! 🫓🫓🫓 . . . . #passover #pesach #jewish #seder #matzah #israel #love #holiday #jewishholidays #torah #jewishfood #kosherforpassover #jerusalem #judaica #happypassover #family #sedetplate #matzahpizza #lox #matzapizza
