The Armor Experience at the Museum of American Armor! We are HUGE fans of the Museum of American Armor. I’ve been taking my kids there regularly since moving to Long Island in 2014. As my boys got older they went from loving the huge tanks to loving all the history. Their favorite is watching the Armor Experience video. You can imagine their excitement when the @armormuseum invited us to JOIN the Experience! The boys almost fell over. We arrived, we were outfitted, we were educated on who we “were”, we were debriefed on our “mission”, and out to the tanks we went. Our military column drove through the “French countryside” (Old Bethpage Restoration) while we looked for enemies and evaded attack. Boom! Smack! Bang! Soldiers ran, things exploded, we captured the enemy, we won!Ohhhh we loved it! For a family of history buffs this was quite the experience!Check out their site for the next one!For more unique Long Island family experiences, follow @themintchipmama🪖🪖🪖....#museumofamericanarmor #armormuseum #WW2 #wwii #oldbethpagevillagerestoration #oldbethpage #worldwar2 #worldwarii #worldwartwo #reenactment #ww2reenactment #livinghistory #livinghistorymuseum #ww2armor #tanks #militaryhistory #longisland #longislandmom #longislandhistory #1944 #veterans #militaryhistory #worldoftanks #museum #longislandkids #familyattractions #wwiireenactment #hereonlongisland #omg_longisland #nylongisland #tankexperience #momsoftiktok #tiktokmom #tiktokmoms #tiktokmomclub #tiktokmomover40 #momswhotok #momtok #momtoks #momsoftiktok #momstokbest #momstokbetter #tiktokmama #tiktokmamas #fypmom #fypmomma #fypmoms #fypmomsoftiktok #followthisgirl #momtiktok #momtiktoker #momtiktokers
