On 1.3.22 I started on a journey to become a healthier version of myself so I decided to do an 8 week transformation challenge. That guy on the left was feeling the vice that slowly grips tighter and tighter each time we give in to the things we know we shouldn’t.

At the end of last year he realized that he could be doing better as a man, father and husband.

However, the guy on the right decided to make a commitment to himself and his family. He drew a hard line in the sand, burned the boats and said enough is enough. He put a plan together to help him figure out a nutrition plan that would work for him and that he could stick to. He had a plan to increase his movement on a daily basis, drink enough water and put in the work.

These two pictures represent the physical transformation that has taken place over 8 weeks. What they don’t show is what happened on the inside. They don’t show how clear his mind is, how much power and control he has over his thoughts and emotions.

Let me tell you something, there is FREEDOM in proving yourself right!!

If you have been struggling with weight loss, depression or caving to that inner voice, I would love to help you. Afterall, I surrounded myself with others that were there to encourage, inspire and support me along my journey. As a result, I am working to pay it forward by doing the same thing with others.
