## Caption

So this afternoon we all went down for another kayaking adventure on the island.  We watched dolphins swimming and then Frank Hedrick and I kept on kayaking while Shannon and Leann got out and went for a walk.. We went about a half mile down and turned around... The problem is that while we were paddling, a super-tide that was 7.5 feet high decided to start pulling us down stream.... Problem.. We were paddling up against it!  It literally took us ten minutes to pass one boat dock, we knew we were in major trouble so I called Shannon Hedrick and was able to tell her that we were in trouble but not before losing connection, the girls ended up frantically driving up and down the docks along the water in search of us, they ended up finding us as we got out on a boat ramp at the Marina, they were close to calling a rescue team... #adventures #kayaking #intercoastal #edistoisland #edistobeach #kayak #yak #paddle
