I don't have many photos of me at my heaviest because I wasn't happy with the weight I had put on in that time of my life but I found this photo the other day and thought I would share it. ☺️
I wasn't always tiny or fit. I struggled with my weight like most of you. I don't think I look terrible in the photo on the left and I don't think I looked overweight BUT I made healthier changes in my life that lead me to the photo on the right.

A few healthier changes I made:
I ate to nourish my body.
I stopped doing cardio everyday and started lifting weights.
I replaced sugary drinks with water.
I started eating MORE.
