## Caption

Imagine waking up one day and realizing the life you built feels like a cage. 7 months ago, I was there. Diagnosed with a spine aged a century, newly single after a decade, and buried in 65-hour workweeks chasing empty weekends. One day, I walked away from it all. Cashed out my savings, sold everything I owned, and bought a sailboat with no idea how to sail. Now, I’m in the thick of a refit, preparing to sail the world and finally, truly, live. Follow along as I chase down this dream.
